Q: Is this an AA event? Who is putting this on?

A: Yes it is. It is an activity of the Love and Service Group of Pleasant Hill, CA.

Q: Can you tell me who is talking when?

A: We do not have a complete Speaker list yet for 2021.

Q. Where Does the money go?

A: With the cancellation of the in-person conference due to the Pandemic, some unavoidable conference expenses have been incurred and this year’s conference attendance was intended to help us seed next year’s in-person conference.  Any excess contributions we receive will go to the General Service Office. 

Also, starting this year we are offering ASL (American Sign Language) American Sign Language interpretation to carry the message to the Deaf A.A. community. Our Traditions guide us to pay the special workers to make this available.

So we thank you in advance for all voluntary contributions and support.

Q: How do I sign up if I don’t have Internet?

A: You can call 925-222-5639 and someone can assist in signing you up.

Q: I pre-ordered the recordings, where can I access them?

A: An email with instructions will be sent to all those who pre-ordered the recordings within 7 days of the conclusion of the conference.

Q: Where is my Service Pin?

A: Pins were mailed the first week of September. If you do not receive it by the end of September 2020, please Contact Us.
